Snipping Tool Gone after running SmartPCFixer

I (sadly) purchased and installed SmartPCFixer. Ran the program and made its suggested repairs. NOW, my Snipping Tool is GONE. My Accessories / Tablet PC shows "empty" and when I run a search -- it's nowhere to be found. When going to my Control Panel / Programs / Turn windows features on or off / Tablet PC Components is "checked" -- so not turned off. I have searched the internet and cannot find a fix for this problem. Please help me find a manual way to put this back in my computer, as I use this tool often.

It's fixed!

I'm sure others will have this same problem ... I just found the answer.

C:\Windows\system32\SnippingTool.exe -- Copy this link - Hit start button and type in your search box. The snipping tool will mysteriously appear on your desktop and it can be used. However, once I closed the box, the snipping tool disappeared again from start menu and it disappeared from my task bar. To FIX -- Go back to search box and get the snippet tool opened. Once it shows on the task bar again, right click it to get option to PIN to the task bar. Seems to stay after that. Whew! What a lot of runaround. But at least it seems to work. Hope this helps others.

Windows 7 does not need or want a Smart Fixer. Smart Fixer has probably caused more problems that you haven't found yet.
