You did do "startup repair"? Did you click "view diagnostics details" (or something similar)? It displays the tests it did and the results. I'm not interested in status 0x0 status. What tests had status other than 0x0?

Did you try "system restore" to a date/rime priot to having problems?

What is exactly happening on normal boot?

it says start up repair has tried several times but still cannot determine the cause of the problem.

I did try restore. doesnt work. as it starts up, it comes back to the blue screen and then will come up as start up repair or start windows normal, even if I start windows up normal. it restart same process again.

I cant get to my log in screen, even tried safe mode

Download the .iso of Partition Wizard ( last box on the webpage). Burn that .iso to CD and boot the system with the CD. When you see your partitions on the screen (similar to disk management), take a readable picture and post that here. We have to find out in what condition your partitions are before we can really advise more steps.

Start your own thread! It's about an ISO file. You can download it on another machine and burn it to dvd. Then boot the sick machine from that bootable dvd.
