Startup Repair won't fix nor Restore

I hv a Asus X661c with win 7, 64 bit Hm Premium Ed Laptop & i'm having a big crash problem, is 2nd crash with no posible Fix with Startup Repair... 2 weeks ago I had to reinstall to factory settings after a similar crash, all ok, had to download 200 + win actualizations and programs, made 2 Restore points & all was fine, but today I tried to open and found was imposible, went through all the sequence to restore but was imposible to start. The restore points dissapeared and as far I know, I will hv to install to factory settings again....
I need suggestions to:
Restore or find a restore point from the BIOS or before start up...
A way to restore after reinstalling and beefing up with all the acts and programs

Thx....

Never saw such a thing Kosmoc. Have you run Memtest+ on that laptop for a few hours to make sure your hardware is not broken?
