Restore permissions error

Took full back up (AMOMEI Backupper) on W7 64 bit Ultimate OS

Now trying to restore ...
Mounted Backup image .. as only need to copy one folder & its contents.

about 140MB gone in OK .... but some files in one folder won't copy get errror:

"You'll need Administrator permission to copy this file"

The files are all Adobe Lightroom templates there are 389 files & 43 sub-folders in the affected folder, all folders have copied across and so have 288 of the files ... just 101 templates all with same error.

I am logged in as Admin
When I look at folder permissions on the mounted backup ... it does show that as Admin I have Full control.
When I try to add full control to any other accounts I get "media wrote protected error"
I have applied "Take ownership" but no difference ...

I tried saving them to a USB stick ... but same error, so assume this points to source as the issue not destination.

Maybe my Admin rights are not full admin ?
I also logged in with my usual profile which is an Administrator account ... and Admins show as full control ... still can't copy that one folder.

Anybody help
