how to reset Dell Inspiron n5050 to factory settings

Hey all, I am trying to help somebody who knows nothing about computers reset her password and she doesn't have a password reset disk for it and I told her that she would have to re-install Windows or restore it back to factory default settings and I would much rather restore it back to factory default settings for her because doing a clean install takes forever considering that I would also have to download and install all of her drivers and the only thing I would have to do after a factory restore is re-install her programs and uninstall all the bloatware, can somebody please tell me how to do it thanks

It should be the same for Seven.
If it were me I would use a Disc with Seven SP1, I think that would be easier than going back to Seven with a factory reset, if SP1 did not come with the computer.
