Is there a way to burn the restore files from a USB to DVD?

I have a Acer System Restore on a USB drive. I want to sell the laptop and I would like to include a Restore DVD set if the buyer doesn't want to buy my USB drive.I would just make them except the system says "You can only have 1 copy of the Windows o/s.
That brings up, is there a way to reset the restore burner counter?
    I appreciate any help.

There probably is . It can be done on HP machine. Not sure how on Asus.

You may be able to create an .iso from the usb contents and burn it to dvd as an image, if that is what you mean.

Depends on the size. How much used space is there on the usb?
