Deleting and Creating a new HDD partition. HDD is RAW format.

Hello everyone, I'm new to this. I'm having lots of trouble installing a second HDD. I created one, worked fine but then I wanted to wipe everything off of it so I deleted the volume and tried formatting again and now it's in RAW format and it will not delete and it slows my computer down when I have the HDD plugged in. Here's the screen shot of it

When I click remove volume, it loads like it's going to but never does delete it. One of my tries it said it was deleted and unallocated but when I tried to reformat it, it went back to RAW file system. I'm running out of ideas!

    Welcome

Try making a Bootable Partition Wizard CD to do what you want on the new HD.

Make sure you select the correct HD

Partition Wizard : Use the Bootable CD
