    System Image Backup Question

If I have viruses, and I make a system image to transfer to a new computer, will it transfer the viruses? What's the best way to back up programs to transfer to a new computer?

    Beautifully.

Better to get the program installers from the relevant sites and install from scratch.

Okay. I just have some various recording software that I paid a lot of money for but isn't the newest edition so I don't think I'll be able to get the installers anymore.

It should be possible to find older versions of various programs. What recording software do you use

I use FL Studio for midi editing, Pro Tools for recording (which should be no problem to get) and Finale for scores.

I just searched Google using "Older versions FL Studio" and it brought up many results so I'm sure you can find the right one. You can also try to find it on torrents and just use the setup part of it not the patches and other such security risks if you have the legit activation
