Hi ... Does your Computer not boot into Windows ? ... Can you boot in Safe Mode ? ... Are you trying to restore Windows to its original factory Settings ? ... Please post as much Information as possible so as we can assist with your issue ..

Everything is fine, can boot to windows and yes i want to factory reset but there is an f9 recovery function that came with the laptip but i have done a clean install once and updated my bios and since then it does not work anymore

Seeing as you have a nice Clean Install ... Do you not think it would be better to make an Image of your System .. Doing so on an External Drive would be best ...
