F9 ASUS Factory reset Broken, need to fix

Everything is fine, can boot to windows and yes i want to factory reset but there is an f9 recovery function that came with the laptip but i have done a clean install once and updated my bios and since then it does not work anymore

Recovery Partition - Create

there is a recovery partition already came with the laptop but i have once a clean install and bios update and since then i can`t use the F9 already posted a link to the function and idk which one was the problem
