Is Backup Schedule just for File backups?

I am trying to determine what the use of the backup section of the Back up and Restore screen is for. Is it just for doing file backup or is it intended to be used also for Full System Image backups also?

I haven't used it yet, but from a brief look it looks like both for images and for file by file backup. You'd create a system image by poking the link on the left and backup by using "set up backup" on the right.

That's just my offhand impression, but I do think I read that both are available.

    Thanks for responding.

I am at a point where I need to get down to the detail level and understand these distinctions clearly. If someone else knows I would appreciate their contribution. To me, the way the screen is laid out, it is not obvious or readily apparent.

Assuming your destination drives have enough space, I would just dive in, attempt both tasks, and then examine your destination drives to see what landed there.

I agree, just going by the screens, it isn't entirely intuitive.

I would bet there are tutorials on this site.
