Windows 7 gone with all files!!!

As I said above, my pc lost all its files. After shutdown my PC a day ago all my files, musics and games were gone when I turn it back on. I tried restore it to previous version but it doesn't helps. Also, the Windows 7 taskbar has turned into Windows 2000

How did you do this, using Window Restore? You should know that only restores the Operating System to an older date, not the entire PC.

Also, how did you determine that all your files are gone? It's important to know this if you want any hope of getting any of the stuff back.
