    System Image Time Stamp

I have a system image created today at 9:58am according to Windows Explorer. When I boot the Repair Disk and select that image, it shows the time as 6:59am --3 hrs earlier.

I checked my BIOS and it shows the correct time.

Anyone have any idea why this difference?

    Thank you.

When you used the boot (rescue) disk, were you prompted to enter your timezone at one point after Windows booted up?

I suspect this may simply be a matter of setting the correct timezone when the disc-based Windows prompts you for it.

    Thanks.

That makes sense but I don't recall getting prompted to do it.
