At a complete lost. Can't boot OS
Okay, so I tried booting Mint as a partition alongside Windows Vista -- at this time, Windows Vista was the primary OS. During the process of installing Mint I ran into an error stating that the installation wizard had crashed. So I tried again and again, and in doing so I ended up created 5 partitions. Thinking I knew what I was doing, I tried deleting all the partitions within the wizard and ended up deleting Windows Vista (accidentally). So I tried to restart the computer and it wouldn't boot Mint like it did before. (keep in mind, I was booting it from a USB) what would happen is it would get to the menu and then no matter what I choose; Boot from USB or Install Mint, I would get the message: "panic occurred, switching back to text console" and it would hang. So I tried to just put in a windows CD, which started the fresh install process, and I noticed that I hadn't deleted any of the partitions that I thought I did and when I clicked on one and pressed delete, the computer froze. Now when I try to boot from the CD, it just hangs on Windows is starting and I can't get back to the installation page.
So... I can't boot from the CD because they all hang. I've tried booting Windows Vista and 7 with the same result. I've tried to boot from USB, no luck. I'm at a complete lost. Please help.
