Click start, click control panel, then go all the way down to administrative tasks; and there should be a link called create and format hard disk partitions. Click on that and from there you should just be able to follow the prompt/instructions on screen and hopefully this will get you to where you want to be. Give this a shot and see if it helps ya.

    Hi

If you clean installed Windows 7, the recovery partition will be gone and it can't be recreated. But as you probably know, the factory installed version of Windows will always contain unnecessary bloatwares and a clean install is what we preferred at "Sevenforums". However if you want, you can create a recovery image of your current Windows install using Windows's own tools which will contain all the installed drivers, software and updates.

Or you can use a third party imaging program like "Macrium" which uses compression techniques so require less space - Imaging with free Macrium
