Backup only .git dirs inside other dirs

On one drive I have many directories each containing other files and directories. Some of the directories have inside also a .git dir. I want to backup the full structure of directories to the .git dirs with only the contents of the .git dirs being backedup.

Do you know any backup software that can do that?

Example:

+--Dir1
+--Dir2+--.git---GitFilesAndDirectories2
| +--OtherDir2.1
| +--otherFiles2
|
+--Dir3+--.git---GitFilesAndDirectories3
+--OtherDir3.1+--.git---GitFilesAndDirectories3.1
| +--OtherDirsAndFiles
|
+--OtherDir3.2---OtherDirsAndFiles4
+--OtherFiles3

I want to endup with this final backup structure and the rest to be ignored

+--Dir2---.git---GitFilesAndDirectories2
|
+--Dir3---.git---GitFilesAndDirectories3
+--OtherDir3.1---.git---GitFilesAndDirectories3.1

I used easeus todo backup, it allows you to select only those you want to backup. I think macrium reflect, which many people used in this forum, can do the same job. You may download them to have a try, both of them have free version.

I was hoping for something more automatic but selecting the directories manually. However I found in the features that macrium can apply directories filters. I'll give it a go and see what's what and give a feedback. Thanks
