I do not understand why!
The explanations I have read just haven't helped.
Why am I unable to create the System Repair Disc?
If you know how I should proceed, please help me.

Question!
I have my HP System Recovery Discs, a set of four, one of which has the majority of 'extra' stuff / junk on it.
The set is numbered 1 thru 3 plus Disc 1.1, this is the junk disc.
I also have a single DVD copy of W-7 that I purchased from Microsoft separately.
Why the HP version requires 3 + 1 discs confuses me.
My question is: the download you offered, is it equivalent to either of the two items above?
I'm guessing it is equivalent to the MS Disc but with any / all updates included.
If it is, I will download it and take special care to label the DVD uniquely and store it inside my PC.

It is my own version of the "system repair disc", which is what this thread is about. It has a few extras in it, like explorer, internet connection, and some extra programs.
