Hi,
Had problems with Steam (no VAC connection).
It recommended to use these commands:
bcdedit /deletevalue nointegritychecks
bcdedit /deletevalue loadoptions
Now I cannot start Windows, it loads system recovery tools.
When I scan there for issues — nothing found.
If I use recovery point — it recovers successfully, but after restart loads system recovery again.
Please help me fix this..

Didn't help. Still system recovery automatically loaded after restart.
I have some progess. Looks like correct partition was not active.
Now I get BOOTMGR is missing error.
I try bootrec /rebuildbcd, it finds Windows installation, but when I select it to add info (dont remember what exactly it asks, but I select Y), it says object not found..
If you changed the Active status, run through all three commands again. Another way to approach this is to run automatic startup repair three times, rebooting in between.
What partitions are on the drive, and which one is set Active?
That's not the case anymore.
Since I had not important data, I formatted my SSD partition with Windows.
But now I have other problem.
When I try to install Windows 7 (using USB drive) via USB 3.0 port — I get error that cd/dvd drivers are not found.
When I try to install it via USB 2.0 port — after pressing Install Windows (pretty much very first screen) I get blue screen of death with 0x0000007E error.
Tried to disconnect my 2 HDDs, then tried to disconnect SSD and connect only 1 HDD.. Still same blue screen.
Now going to try different USB drive and Windows 8.
Running out of ideas..
Successfully installed Win 8.1 from different USB drive.
Going to try Win 7 from same USB drive to make sure that problem was with other USB drive.
Nope, can't install Win 7 from same USB drive. No idea why, still getting blue screen..
