    Macrium Installation

    Hello Forum,
    Thanks for the answers.
But still I have some questions,
    1. While running the installer file, and unchecked the "Install when download ended", I followed the process while downloading, at the end it started to create some big ZIP files, as I have shown you in some jpg attachment to one of my posts. When I start with "v6.1.1000_reflect_setup_free_x86.exe" file, will it unzip those files and locate them in their correct places ?
    2. On the second hand, since you said that those PE files will not mess up the windows system (I am only thinking) to start all over and run the installer, this time let him do the work, but then what happens to certain folders already created in the windows system ?
Am I sinking deeper in the mud with such thinking ?
    Thanks for all the answers

    Hi,
Where did you download the file to your downloads folder ?
Running the exe file will take care of the where to install all by it's self
All you have to do is agree and next...

    Don't worry about the pe3x86.zip
Or what ever else was prior installed or still there and you canceled.

Repeat running the .exe file from the downloads folder again and agree to the install.

    Macrium Installation

    Hello Forum Friends,
Thanks for answering my recent question. This morning while waiting for an answer (had some e-mail problem), I made a deep search in the Internet and I think I found an answer to my question here: v5: How to install and update Macrium Reflect offline (Download, Installer, ReflectDL) is it right ?
However, shell I first install one of these:"Advanced_Uninstaller11.exe" or "ausetup(absolutre uninstaller).exe"
just in case something goes wrong ?
    Always appreciate your answers.
    Thanks
    Motim

    Hi,
Well as I already stated no you don't need to mess with the files just run the installer for macrium

The other 2 uninstallers I've never heard of so I'd say no don't use them.

I'm not sure why you're worried you canceled the install that is no big deal just rerun the installer no damage is done macrium will see the folders left behind and overwrite them probably.
