System Restore Question

Has anyone seen this message? Disabling Antivirus doesn’t fix it. Also why does Win 7 only save one restore point?

I had the same problem diabled my anti virus but that didnt help

Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 bit

If your using Norton NIS or Antivirus you have to go into settings and turn off tamper protection so System Restore can work.

I'm looking through the NIS interface and I can't find anything called tamper protection, can you point me to it?
