Help can't do a system restore

    If you have access to nothing on your PC


    You can try running a system repair from your windows disc. If this completes successfully, I'd try running a scan for malware.

    Or...

    You can go the extra mile and do a clean installation. You will be able to access your previous Windows installation data from the "Windows.old" folder after reinstall.
