unable to create a system image or backup

Have tried multiple times and scoured the internet. I am trying to crate a system image. The space required is about 60gb and teh drive I am saving to is 200gb.

I keep getting this message attached.

Any ideas

Cheers

Hello again, kwack.

Try defragmenting the backup drive. You can also try a low-level format.

If the above does not work, this has worked several times, already. Turn off system restore. Then shut down computer, boot up and then turn on SR, it may work. A system restore malfunction, has affected system image, in the past. Go to help and support by the start menu, to find best way to shut down SR.
