I used the one from yesterday when things were up and running, as you suggested . After the printer problem I made another Restore Point.
I am sorry to bother you again, but this seems just way too easy.
Great feature.

First, no problem, everyone here donates their time to help others and will give you as much time as you require.

If you have a restore point that you know is good, use it again. Make the system image, as I suggested. You seem to like to "tinker" with and tweak your computer.

Satchmo,
What problems did you have that System Restore was not able to correct?

I am not Stachmo, but I will give a general answer. SR corrects only problems with the OS. It does not touch your personal documents or other areas on the HD.

That is why I advised, earlier, make a System Image, it remedies everything.

I am just curious, on a related note, how much drive space do most people dedicate for system restores? I think I reserved about 10 GB.
I have 500 GB drive. I will never, never get close to using that. I have 90gb for SR, System Image and Backup and restore.

I tried very hard to remember the exact problem, but I just can't recall.

I think it may have something to do with my graphics card driver, but I can't be sure.
