attached vhd image

once the image is attached is it possible to boot it within Windows 7 or do you still need another prog to do that

hi im trying to use that now all operations complete successfully and bcdedit shows that its worked but it just keeps booting Windows 7

it could be becuse of my boot config that it wont work

i have 1.5 gig active boot partion then 50gig partitions for operating systems
xp32 / vista32 /vista64/ Windows 7-32/ Windows 7-64

Does it show up at boot to select the OS (VHD)?

yes i get that option but all it does is boot Windows 7-64 bit

its probably because my Windows 7 64 bit is actually x: drive not c: drive when i boot in to it
have to try some more tomorrow

This is a PM I got from Steven on this. It looks like it is not stable yet in Windows 7.

yes i just redone my puter.
after attaching the vhd images from my backup image i tried to restore my puter because everything went to crap in the morning i got an error message the backup image was corrupt and could not be installed lucky i had my partion images in ghost backup as well
