Firstly I am delighted with this software and the issue I have is a minor annoyance rather than a serious problem - it is how to remove some of the archive back up records.
I do a completely new full system drive partition back up once a month - I have a 1TB system drive about 30% used and paragon compresses the back up nicely into about 250GB on a 500GB external drive - I then run a scheduled differential back up every three nights. This means that my external drive will usually fill up towards the end of each month at which point i delete the files on the back up drive and start over. I have done a full system recovery twice with no errors and retrived quite a few lost files using the option to mount the back up.
My problem is that I have accumulated a lot of greyed out entries in the main window for all the earlier back ups main and differential - I decided to remove these and found you have to do it one by one - however whilst the 40 or so most recent ones deleted fine I am left with about 30 which when I try to delete them it says it cannot because it is dependent on another back up. All of the dates are last year and all those back up files were deleted completed in January. I couldnt find anyting in their FAQ and they dont of course do free support for the free license. The screenshot shows the archives which all have the green "check integrity" symbol but of course running this simply reports it cannot find the deleted archive. These earlier archive entries relate to the period before I installed the January update of the product.
