There should be a some sort of logo or marking on your computer case to indicate what brand it is. If you have a manual for your computer, it should tell you there as well.
When you restart your computer, most OEM computers will also have a splash screen with their name on it during bootup briefly.
Another option is to open the Start Menu, click on "All Programs", "Accessories", "System Tools", and "System Information". In the right pane of System Information, look under "System Manufacturer" to see if it tells you what brand your computer is. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Self built custom OS 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 & Windows 8 Enterprise CPU Intel i7-3930K 3.2 Ghz (O/C 4 Ghz) Motherboard ASRock X79 Extreme11 Memory 32 GB (8GBx4) G.SKILL DDR3 Quad PC3-19200 2400MHz Graphics Card Sapphire HD5870 Eyefinity 6 2GB Sound Card SB Recon 3Di Integrated Chip Monitor(s) Displays 3x 27" Asus VE278Q Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Logitech Cordless Desktop MX 5500 Revolution Mouse Logitech Cordless Desktop MX 5500 Revolution PSU OCZ Series Gold OCZZ1000M 1000W Case Thermaltake Level 10 GT Snow Edition Cooling Corsair Hydro H100 Hard Drives 256GB OCZ Vector

I think we were referring to the company that manufactured/built the actual PC like Dell or HP, that snip just shows the Operating System and hardware specifications, what brand name is the PC? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number * BFK Customs * OS W 7 64-bit Ultimate CPU Intel Q9550 Yorkfield Motherboard ASUS P5Q Pro Memory 8GB Dominator 8500C5D Graphics Card ATI : XFX 5870 Sound Card Realtek HD Audio 7-1 Monitor(s) Displays 1x 47" LCD HDMI & 3x 26" LCD HDMI Screen Resolution 1920x1080P & 1920x1200 Keyboard Microsoft 500 Mouse Razer Diamondback 3G PSU Corsair 620HX Case Cooler Master RC-690 Cooling Tuniq Tower 120, 2x 140mm and 3x 120mm case fans Hard Drives 1x 80GB Intel X25-M G2 SSD : 1x 500GB & 1x 640GB WD Caviar Black(s) Internet Speed 14 Mb/s Other Info 1x Koutech 3Gb/s SATA HDD Hot Swap Rack |

I'm guessing based on what has been said so far that perhaps it is not a system built by a major manufacturer. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Gateway GM5472 OS Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit) CPU AMD Athlon 56 X2 5000+ Motherboard ECS MCP61P-AM Memory 4.0 GB Graphics Card Sapphire HD 4350 fanless w/512MB Monitor(s) Displays VeiwSonic VX2035WM Screen Resolution 1680x1050 Other Info Stock system except for the addition of 2GB memory, a Swann PCDVR 4 Card and a Hauppage dual HD tuner and a Sapphire HD 4550 video card |

Be sure to backup whatever you need to save (documents, music etc) to removable media (external hard-disk drive, DVD, USB-Drive etc.) before proceeding with the restore i.e. system restore or to factory default.
