    Restore DLLs from other edition?

I recently downgraded from Ultimate to Home Premium (Both 7 x64). Instead of re-editing some DLLs I have replaced, can I just restore them using Norton Ghost? (shell32.dll, imageres.dll, and shellbrd.dll)

    Hello Michael,

I suppose you could. If you like you can also extract clean default copies directly from your Windows 7 installation DVD to use to replace and restore them with.

Extract Files from Windows 7 Installation DVD

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn
