Shifts & Restore not working in Itunes...
I need to use a hand feature in itunes to load Iphone OS 4.0 on my iphone. However itunes is not allowing me to to the old trick of SHIFT + RESTORE (which will open explorer and let me guide myself to what ispw firmware i want install) Does anyone know how to get around this? I have tried everything i can think of, I went into safe mode as a last resort and of course it says the mobile service cannot be started so itunes wont even recognize the iphone in safemode. I have tried starting the service manually there also but it would not let me.
