I think i'm going to be in the same boat as you. The first time I ran it to make an image of my drive, it crashed my system an corrupted my MBR with it's own boot loader.

I am not happy. I'm sticking with Ghost.

I think Windows 7's built-in backup feature is sufficient, but I thought this would be nice for people who prefer third-party software. Thanks for the input guys.

On the plus side, I did like the statistical displays it gave me when backing up and the fine-tune abilities. But it touched my bootloader and what it added never worked.

I may take a look at the free version but Symantec gave me a free copy of Ghost when I worked for one of its retail partners so it's all free to me.

I'm using Macrium Reflect full edition now and I'm quite happy with it, very fast and above all, very reliable.
