    Briefcase sync copies unavailable - External HDD backup


    i have an external HDD with all my files loaded on it. today i decided i needed to back up because i'd created a lot of new files on my PC. when i go to the briefcase i want to back up and click update all, i get this error message

    how do i fix this?
