    Restore Down/Maximize Problem

Hey guys having a problem wherein I when I click restore down its pretty much the same size as when the window is fully maximized.

I want it to be when I click restore down the window is significantly smaller.

    How can I do this?

As you can see below when it is in the restore down mode it pretty much takes up the whole screen just like maximize. Often I need the window significantly smaller so I can word say between the desktop and the window. So I need a solution so that when I click restore down the window goes automatically significantly smaller.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Welcome to SF!

You can resize the window manually while it is restored. Click on the corner of the window, and drag it to the dimensions you like. You should see a little diagonal arrow appear when you move your mouse to the correct position.

Once you have resized it to how you want the Restored window to look, it should remember that setting. Try maximizing and restoring it to test.

Here is a llitle feature that I want you to know about since you paid for it.
Bring up a page, then hold down the window key and then hit any arrow, left or right (not the ones on the number pad). And then wait to see what happens. The feature is called Snap and you can have two screens side by side. Good luck and enjoy.
