Problem creating W7 system image...

Although I have been using Acronis for years, after switching to Windows 7 last month I decided it might be a good idea to create a Windows 7 system image and stash it away as well. Problem is, it wants to image my 60GB ssd OS drive AND my 1TB raid0 array together!!!
Disk manager does NOT show my array (E) marked as 'system' so I can't figure out why Windows 7 wants to include it in the system image backup. Ofc this isn't a 'huge' issue since Acronis can run circles around the Windows 7 Sys Image feature...but like many other tech-heads, I wanna figure out why Windows 7 is doin' this.
I even emptied out the array, deleted the volume, reformatted as simple, basic disk then moved my data back, but Windows 7 still wants to include it in the sys image!

Edit: Thx for the move...will post in the right place next time.
