    The i5-2550K, clocked at 4400, machine, 16GB 2x8GB at 2133MHz, 10-11-11.
Come on. Bump that thing up to 5ghz. My 2500k did it with ease.

Well, I do not know why my PC froze after trying to run it. uninstalled it and went to reinstall it and it says the program cannot start error code 4. Idk. I give up. It would have been nice knowing the scores but I don't feel digging through the registry and all that crap. Unfortunately revo uninstaller did not list it to remove it. So there goes that plan.
I have run other stress tests fine like the one Asus has, and other random benchmarks and never had an issue. Not sure why I did with this one...

I had it at 5GHz...once. It won't do it anymore since I let it get to 101C with IBT.

    Lols scary temps
Afterburner chucked a wobbler n stuck my gpu fan's at 37% while playing BF3 ad i didn't notice for an hour When i opened up HWinfo my top gpu was @ 101c but i didn't have any noticable problem's. I would have thought they'd atleast chuck a bsod but no. Needles to say i keep an eye on them now lol

Ryan, you dropped a gooly mate, like myself. I think GPU, maybe, are more tolerant of high temps than CPUs are?
Here's the CPU mark from Passmark on my i7-3770K at 4449 MHz, it's a dog compared to the base i7-3770K at 3500.

Lols. No need to send yet another cpu back you'll get the same'ish result as there are only a few thing's the 3770k will perform better in. The 8350 is on par or better in a lot of thing's when overclocked

Passmark has baseline score at stock speed for many CPUs and mine fell below them although it is OC'd 30%.
