I actually do that for every driver update lolSikMindZ, just for a try. Even DDU usually does not uninstall the actual drivers. They are in a folder wherever CCC and AMD installs your drivers. Find the drivers and manually delete them. Then uninstall from add/remove programs. That is what I do with the Nvidia drivers. Physically remove them from the computer. Try to make it as much like a clean install of the OS as you can. Then install the new drivers, but select a custom install and only install what you actually use. You do not need any of the audio junk both AMD and Nvidia install. You do not actually normally need CCC. All that you really need is the graphics drivers. You may need more than normal with your set up. If you actually need it, install it. But don't install anything you do not use. Just a suggestion that may or may not help. If the program you use to set your voltage is an actual installed program, uninstall it. When you are completed installing everything else, install a fresh copy of it. Are you running a modded bios on your cards? If you are and none of the above works, reflash the bios.
Good suggestions by Noober, just as long as you do step #1 first and even a system image just in case everything goes to crap. But Noober's suggestions are good. Desperate times need desperate measures.
