OK for a $200 GPU, actually $214 after rebate. I just went to buy a second one and the price is back up to $258...crap! Still has the $20 rebate for three more days.

It's a very good board mate and i've not had a single problem with it. Be ready for a shock when you look in the bios though There is a massive amount of settings in there most of which i have no clue about.
Just make sure you connect both the 8pin and 4pin eps connectors as Piledriver will draw too much for the single 8pin when overclocked and benching. Mild oc's with just the 8pin aren't too bad but still not advisable.

My new card will be here Wednesday and the backplate, yes they have a backplate for it, will be here Thursday.

For the price the backplate should be standard, especially if it has such delicate components on it.
