I probably did i been on and off trying to get these Aholes of my state to renew my Nurse License this is a Nightmare for me right now i can't get a job anywhere till i get my license ok'ed till then just loosing money loosing money

It will just have to be patient you know how the Higher ups work they don't give 2 sh*ts if it isn't them so eventually they will get around just at my expense lol
