Not bad considering you are running really old cards, it must be nice to have a benchmark that actually works with crossfire

Hey don't be upset Ralph, if your PC does what you want of it then that is fine, we are just a bunch of benchmark junkies who spend far too much on rigs lol.

What's the plans for the upgrades? You sticking with AMD or switching to Intel? What GPU are you thinking of? Do you have a budget in mind?

    Leaderboard updated.

I am thinking 1k euro budget. The rest....I have till mid December to figure out...AMD vs Intel is 50/50. I am not biased towards either, it's just that I never had a Intel desktop. I have had and have Intel based laptops and they all perform great. So I am slowly starting to look around. I am not going for SLI. Just one good graphics card, a solid 800~watt fully modular PSU and the chip. We will see.

That's not a bad budget, I am building a new rig tomorrow for my partners younger brother, he has a budget of £700/836 euro but that had to include absolutely everything for a new build including a monitor.

After a bit of messing around I came up with a decent enough list and he ordered them.

It had an i5 4670K, Z87 Mobo, 660ti and Corsair CX 600 psu. You can go a lot further on your budget.

I don't know how prices are where you live, but converting it, 1000 Euros here would get you something along the lines of this (I would normally suggest Ivybridge but it appears nearly all the good motherboards are gone now)

    CPU - i5 4670K
    Mobo - Z87 Sabertooth
    GPU - GTX 780
PSU - Corsair RM 850 fully modular.

That comes in at 1059 Euros but would make for a killer rig for sure.
