    For some reason some websites fonts are really messed up. They appear either bold or narrow.

    It's all the same and it's only for some websites like twitter, BBC and couple more. It happens just in browsers. All the browsers. It's my laptop, my desktop is fine.

    Same prroblem. I think the font files might be corrupt. Font is messed up in iTunes "iTunes Store" as well. Did a system restore from last point and still same problem. Anyway to reinstall all old fonts? I have my Windows 7 DVD.

    Setting up this can make some improvement;

    ClearType Text Tuner

    in particular with helping tune the fonts to ones eyesight

    Hope this helps some

    run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker can restore the default fonts after restarting the computer when is already done.
