Printing emails without header and footer in WLM

How can I print an email without header (e.g.: Page 1 from 2) and without footer (e.g. : 2/08/2010) in Windows Live Mail ?
It used to be done via File > Page setup ... but it seems that this disappeared in WLM.

WLM, like Outlook Express and Windows Mail all have the same dialog for printing: "File>Print..." which opens the dialog box for your printer. "Page setup" usually goes with a document program like Notepad or Wordpad.

Copy the email into a document program and use its page setup and print functions.

In your first post you said "There used to be a way...". I wonder how you were doing it before and why you can't do it that way. You were not using a free Microsoft email program since they never had the "File>Page Setup" option.
