    Hotmail freezes up


    I installed Windows 7 32 bit and Office 2010 last week and since then I cannot get into my Hotmail account. The window opens but the minute I try to open an email or do anything, the window freezes and I have a hard time closing it.
    I need my hotmail account. I have other accounts (yahoo, etc.. - but not gmail) and I have no problems.

    A clean boot
    How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

    No success?

    Go to tools, internet options, advanced tab, reset.
    Removes addons. See if either gives you a solution
