Aero Peek tabs with Firefox, Chrome, etc?

Do you think it will ever happen? Is it even possible? Or is it only possible in IE because of OS integration?

I think as 7 gets closer to retail release the Mozilla folks will have an update with implementation.

    Yeah, you're missing something.

Firefox will only show a single taskbar preview window for if you just have one, or multiple tabs you have with FF. IE will show separate taskbar preview windows for every tab you have with IE.
That's what the OP is referring to.

I was trying out Safari 4 and realized that the aero peek tabs function works perfectly, plus the browser is awesome. Definitely give it a try.

Thanks but I am a Chrome lover. Only a matter of time before a dev build has aero peak functionality built-in. :)

They did it in 3.6 . If you want to turn it on, type about:config in your address bar. Click on I'll be careful button. Go here -

And click on that to set it to "True"

Still might be a bit buggy at this stage though.
