    Post your Internet Browser Benchmark

Alright so lets have a "fastest browser contest" :P
Basically you just benchmark your browser here Peacekeeper - The Browser Benchmark and post the results here ! you can benchmark as many browsers as you like that you use on your system...

    Here I go
    P4 2.8ghz
    1gb RAM
128 GPU RAM no pixel shader (Lol)
    Firefox wins for me :P

What a silly bench but fun, nonetheless. 1128 with IE8 x32.

Edit; Re-ran with Minefield x64 and Java x64.

    Here we go:

Top left to right firefox 3.5b5 followed by firefox x64 3.5b4
bottom left to right IE followed by IE x64

I tried with Opera but it complained it couldn't find MSVCRT71.DLL not my problem so I uninstalled it right away. Google Chrome wouldn't even connect to the page... gone too

All in all firefox was the easiest, didn't need anything, unlike IE which needed to download some ActiveX controls (Meh!) Was the fastest by far too.

I was also downloading some files during the tests too...

I ran it with other tabs open first them again with none. Chrome does pretty well. :)

    IE8 (with proxy) 989
    IE8 (64-bit with proxy) 1004
    IE8 (64-bit with proxy and 64-bit java) 1121
    Chrome (with IE proxy) 3308
    Firefox 3.0.10 (no proxy) 1121

so clear winner for me is Chrome.

I just tried this at work.

Got a 2410 with Chrome 1.0.154.65 on a lesser machine with other tabs open.
    IE8 got 580

    I don't see how this works ? ? ? Ah well

    I know Chrome rules.

    Small update:

Passive system (nothing else happening - single tab in browser) - (got Chrome working - Ugly but fast) firefox is pretty much the same as before. I also tried fx x64 (shiretoko 3.5.b4) with java x64 and there was no difference to my earlier post.
