How to import window live old email in MS OUTLOOK.

Dear Sir,

I was using my office pop3 server emails through window live. I create account as per following procedure.
Enter email add & name in general tab
Incoming mail server POP3
enter incoming POP3 server name
enter Outgoing mail SMTP name
enter email add
enter password

Now, I want to use Microsoft outlook for my office emails & I have create account with same configuration in ms outlook & receiving new emails on ms outlook but Please give me procedure, How to import my old window live emails in Microsoft outlook???

Kindly tell me window live mails back up file path & also inform me with type of file extension???
Tell me also which option is best,
1- Import all emails from window live account to ms outlook?
2- export all email from window live then import all of emails in ms outlook?

sorry for the late reply.i will take a look on this. sorry i'm bit busy now. will explain later.

ok..
i think option 2 more safety.
because you have the backup, export all email first and save to the location that's you want. then import it.
a little busy to do,but that's more safety.

Sir Tell me one thing,

If I select option 2 then my all emails date & time remains same?????

yah i think that's same..but i didn't try it yet.
but for the safety choose the option 2,because you have the backup file on it.

I have create back up of my old window live email on my computer saparate partition folder then create account in ms outlook after configure all setting under pop3 server & outgoing & incoming add provided by our network administrator.My ms outlook account working fine i m receiving new emails on this account.
Now tell me how to import all of my back up emails in this account.
