    Dear Sir,

    I want to receive news channels rss feed on my ms outlook email box. Kindly give me procedure, how to configure rss feeds in outlook.

    On the Tools menu, click Account Settings.

    On the RSS Feeds tab, click New.

    In the New RSS Feed dialog box, type or press CTRL+V to paste the URL of the RSS Feed. For example, http://www.example.com/feed/main.xml.

    Click Add.

    Click OK.

I added new Rss new feeds to windows7 sidebar "Feed headlines" gadget. However they are not properly updates. Why is that? How do i update them every 5 minutes? If i wait 2 day its not update.
