Windows tour won't go away after win 7 install

About 2 months ago I had to re-install Win 7 home premium 64 bit after a hd failure, everything is fine except when I open Internet explorer 8 (64bit) a box pops up asking me to take a tour of int. ex8, this does not happen with 32 bit int. ex.
Actually doing the tour does not stop this happening the next time I open int.ex 8, and I've tried dozens of times. I can of course just hit "remind me later" every time. This is no big deal really, just a nuisance. Any ideas?
Tony.

Go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Reset.
Then restart IE8. Ofcourse, it will ask you to go thru the "tour"" once. But it should not re-appear.
