    Outlook 2010 0x8004005 error

So I just started using Outlook 2010 and I have added 3 email accounts.
The error I get is about the hotmail account, the 2 other gmail account seems to work fine.

Task '------@hotmail.com' reported error (0x80004005) : 'There is an error synchronizing your mail account. Please verify your account is configured correctly by first accessing your mail on the web. Error: 4102. '

I have installed the latest Outlook Hotmail Connector thing aswell.
Any idea what the problem might be? Google has failed me this time, seems the 0x8004005 error can be a lot of different things.

Try removing the account and then adding it again, it may help.
    1. In Outlook, on the File menu, click Info > Account Settings > Account Settings
    2. Click on the MAPI account and then click Remove
    3. Click Yes to confirm that you want to remove the account.
    4. Click Close

(THIS CAME FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE OUTLOOK 2010!)

    Hope this helps!
    :)

I have another question if you may, Ill show you a picture.
Why does the hotmail one dont have a data file? Does it matter?

Are you having outlook configure the email accounts, or are you manually configuring them?

I installed the Outlook Connector plugin for outlook which should handle hotmail pretty good.

Manually configure your hotmail account and you will have no problems. Delete the account first before you manually configure and your laughing mate.
