    Opera browser

How do I get Opera to install on my Windows 7 64 bit system. I tried to install it and it gave me a message that said it won't work on 64 bit systems - only 32 bit. Yet I've seen posts here and elsewhere where people say if works fine on 64 bit. What's the secret? Thanks.

There is no secret, all you need to do is to download from Opera browser | Faster & safer internet | Free download and it should install without a problem, if still does not work give us a shout, good luck.

Well, I downloaded Opera from opera.com. When I went to install it, I got the following error.

"Error 1606. Could not access network location %APPDATA%\."

Any suggestions on how to fix that?

I ran that "fix it" program and it fixed the issues I was having with Firefox and Thunderbird. So now I don't need Opera. But I'm going to install it anyway. Thanks.
