Entourage RGE files

What format are entourage's RGE files similar to? Can you use RGE with any other program in windows 7? I am a pc user.

They're not really similar to anything. They're technically supposed to correspond to PST files in Outlook on Windows however, there's no easy way to import an RGE file from a Macintosh. I found some links (will post below) that may assist in conversion and exporting from Entourage to Outlook.

Mac to Win
ScriptBuilders: Export-Import Entourage 1.3.10

NOTE: I have not tested these as I do not have any Macintosh to test on.

Thanks for the good info. I found out a workaround. Besides the Entourage designation (like pst to OL), an rge is a macintosh bundle that can also viewable through mac's file explorer. within an rge there are .mbox (messages), ics (calendar entries), and vcf (contact) files.....which can all be copied onto a windows machine etc. i would look into the script, but i found a good work around. Thanks for the information!
