Copy or move an email message with the KEYBOARD, not the MOUSE

I want to copy or move a selected email message using keyboard keys to select the folder. WLM won't let me do this.

In WinXP, copying or moving a message to "PayPal", I'd press the letter "P" and enter and it's moved or copied.

In WLM, I have to highlight the message, select copy or move and mouse down to the email folder. Annoying! My wrists are in braces. Mousing is more than just a pain; it's physically bothersome.

Any suggestions, please?

Thank you,
Steph
