Windows 7: Java causing problems

Hello everyone,
I have been having some problems on few sites for a while now and I just got around trying to fix them.



Now the problem is this:
When I visit a website, there are icons which take me to a text, but when I click on those images it doesn't work.

When I got over an image with my mouse it says this
"javascript:na_open_window('win1','read.htm?day=12&month=09&year=2010&sign=1',0,0,450,320,0,0,0, 1,0)
"win1" and "sign=1" changes according to the images, since they are few

Now this website is in Bulgarian, but the problem I have is with those blue icons/images with horoscope signs in them.
The fact that it says "javascript" is I'm thinking it is Java problem right here.

And there is a second site there that I want you to look at:

This is about live webcams, now same problem here. When I click the image, the webcam doesn't open.
It says only: javascript:;
If your wondering where it say all this: on the bottom left corner of the browser.

Heck, It even says I have errors on this page right now:


I already tried the following:
-Completely got rid of Firefox and uninstalled every add/on program that was used in firefox(like adobe flash, java)
-Manually deleted every java file on the HDD
-Completely reset Internet Explorer with the help of "Fix it"
-Installed a new copy of Java
All these didn't help so far!
And here are some specs.:
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
IE 8 v. 8.0.7600.16385
Java Version 6 Update 21
Flash Player WIN 10,1,82,76

I can't think of anything else right now, so that will be all I can give you.

Please help me fix this problem and all beers on mee(only first round ), even if it still doesn't get fixed, beers for the effort
